Yo all...
Today's training was PT first, skip ropes, jumping, running with weights then it was coach's turn to train us. Ball drill...spiking, drop ball and far end ball. lols...i think i got backache now T.T...haiz, then it was service, then it was spar with B' girls. I didnt get to play 1st and 2nd round with UTM....my new group...lols if you want to know what's that suppose to mean, ask me. XDXD. The people in UTM is, michelle, ysabelle and me. While they were playing, we talk about things, ysabelle was depressed and i was trying to not let her get pissed off but cant. haiz....then the UTM played volleyball outside the hall, hahas! fun like siaoooooo~ Then last round, coach gotta go so we thanked him and we started the last round with michelle, ysabelle, mandy, priscilla, sabrina and me! hahaz...dig, set, spike, serve. wow...it was amazing to play the last round so dam happy :). hahas, after trng, went to bbt shop, bought cheese fries and eat at a corner with mingsiew, charmaine, sabrina, chelsea, priscilla, ysabelle, michelle and Mr.chin. :D. After that, walked to bus-stop, went home straight......
